Aggregated data is considered non-personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

If we do combine non-personal information with personal information the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

Usage Data

If you are located outside Australia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer all data, including Personal Data, to AWS Australia and process it there. In addition, some limited data is shared with other sub-processors and may be transferred to the United States as per the service providers details listed below. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Chill Entities will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated

securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
